East China University of Science and Technology, Yangtze River College is an independent college supported by the high-quality educational and teaching resources of East China University of Technology.
The college now has six departments, namely, Department of Applied Engineering, Department of Information Engineering, Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Economics and Management, Department of Humanities and Arts and College Teaching Department, and offers 26 bachelor programs. Among them, majors including Accounting, Financial Management, Chinese International Education, Industrial Design (Fashion Design Direction), Surveying and Mapping Engineering ranked top in the major evaluations of 13 independent colleges in Jiangxi Province.
International Exchange
ECUT, Yangtze River College has actively engaged in the international exchange of academic education, non-academic education and overseas practice. More and more students study abroad at Josai International University, Athlone Institute of Technology and Bishkek School of Innovative Technology and Economics. Furthermore, we have launched an overseas paid internship, sending 9 students to teach Chinese language in Thailand.
We are still fostering the international communication abroad, searching for more opportunities for our students. At present, we are in contact with universities in Franklin, Urbana, and New Jersey, trying to cooperate with them to develop “3+1” joint programs.
Achievements
ECUT, Yangtze River College has gained great achievements in social serviceandtalent cultivation. Over the years, about 24, 000 graduates have become part of society and play important roles in their fields. What is more, our students have achieved more than 200 awards in various academic competitions held by the Ministry of Education, the province, and the Country as a whole.
